We’re hiring a Land Acquisitions Manager to lead 1DROP’s regional Land Campaign in partnership with the Black Home Initiative. This role coordinates land intake and parcel review to create predictable access for our developers. Join us to help build the systems that turn land opportunities into active member pipelines.
Program Director
We’re hiring a Program Director to lead 1DROP’s Real Estate Developer Support Program. Working with our Senior Program Manager, you will strengthen program structure, strategy, and mentorship to deepen our impact. Join us to build the systems and pathways that provide sustained support for developers across our network.
