Let's shape the future of housing, together.

Less than 1% of real estate developers in the United States are people of color. That gap shapes who builds homes, who profits from them, and who gets to stay in the communities those homes create. 1DROP exists to close it.

We do that by building a collective of developers of color with the tools, capital, relationships, and support to move from first concept to ribbon cutting. But the collective alone is not enough. The banks, firms, nonprofits, and institutions that believe in this work are what make it possible. Their support is not transactional. It is foundational.

If you are looking for a way to be part of changing who builds in the Puget Sound, you are in the right place.
