Sponsorship
Invest in the future.
Every new home starts long before construction begins.
It starts with access: to knowledge, capital, land, and opportunity. Today, less than 1% of developers are people of color, and that lack of representation shapes who benefits from new development.
Your sponsorship helps change that. When you invest in 1DROP, you help ensure that the next generation of developers of color, those rooted in the communities most affected by the housing crisis, have the tools, partnerships, and support to succeed.
What We Will Achieve Together
Empower
40 to 60
new developers of color over the next five years.
Build
2,750
new homes that strengthen local communities.
Create more than
7,000
living-wage jobs across the housing ecosystem.
Sponsorship Options
These are some of the ways organizations choose to invest in 1DROP.
Event Sponsor: $1,000 per event
Show up at a specific 1DROP moment. Your name on the event, your voice in the room, and a direct connection to the developers and partners in attendance. A natural fit for organizations that want meaningful visibility and relationship at a defined point in time.
Program Sponsor: $5,000 and above
A deeper investment in the mission across the year. Program sponsors are recognized as part of what 1DROP is building beyond a single event. A natural fit for organizations that want ongoing alignment, presence in the work, and to be counted among the institutions making this possible.
Your Sponsorship Makes an Impact
Whether supporting 1DROP's overall mission or sponsoring a specific event like our Quarterly Member Meeting, your partnership fuels real results: homes built, families housed, jobs created, and wealth retained in underrepresented communities.
The partners who show up for 1DROP represent more than funders. They represent belief, alignment, and shared accountability. That is the position your sponsorship holds.
