Claude Remy is a seasoned real estate investor and developer with 35 years of experience and over 550 residential units to his name. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Claude moved to Brooklyn, New York, at the age of ten and quickly demonstrated a commitment to education, eventually attending Washington University in St. Louis. His studies took him as far as France and Spain and later to Seoul, Korea, where he gained an international perspective that has shaped his approach to business and community development.

Claude’s career in real estate has been marked by both success and resilience. Inspired by his parents’ journey from humble beginnings, he initially considered a career in international business but ultimately chose real estate, where he could create tangible impact. Along the way, he encountered discrimination, but each challenge only strengthened his commitment to building inclusive spaces and investing in his community. After many years of running his real estate investment and lending companies, he pivoted himself to becoming a principal real estate developer. His dedication to hard work and integrity has helped him establish a reputation as a trusted, results-oriented developer.

Now based in Lakewood, Washington, Claude is a proud father and grandfather, known for his generosity and community spirit. Claude has served on many boards including the Greater Tacoma Community Foundation and consulted for Habitat For Humanity Tacoma. Through his informal Santa Claude Foundation, and 1DROP (CO-Founder), he is focused on giving back and supporting others on their paths to success. Claude’s legacy is rooted in his values of service, resilience, and family — a legacy he is determined to pass on to the next generation.
