Cliff Avril is a real estate investor and developer with a national footprint—and a global mindset. As President of CA Family Properties (CAFP), Cliff leads a growing portfolio of multifamily housing in Seattle, Chicago, and Huntsville, AL. CAFP focuses on acquiring, renovating, and managing value-added properties that bring long-term value to both communities and investors.

In addition to CAFP, Cliff is a partner in AM Homes and BAM Homes, companies developing infill luxury housing in Bellevue, WA. He has invested in multiple real estate funds and syndications, aligning his capital with projects that generate both financial returns and community outcomes.

Before entering real estate, Cliff had a 10-year NFL career, playing for the Detroit Lions and Seattle Seahawks. He made two Super Bowl appearances, earned a Pro Bowl selection, and was named the Seahawks' Walter Payton Man of the Year. Off the field, he has continued to lead with purpose. Through the Cliff Avril Family Foundation, he has launched health and education initiatives at home and abroad—including building a school and housing in Haiti.
