Principal of his development shop, Dremy Investments, LLC and Remy Construction, LLC, he also co-founded the 1DROP collective.

After attending Gonzaga University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Leadership, he completed his Masters in Education through the Teach For America program, while teaching as an Adjunct Professor.

With a journey spanning education, software engineering, product management, and over a decade of hands-on real estate experience, he’s consistently led projects that matter— from spec homes to multifamily to affordable housing. In 2023, he built 99-units.
