Born in Seattle and raised in Tacoma, WA, Keenan Grayson is a third-generation Washingtonian with deep roots in the community. As a real estate broker with Windermere Central Sound, Keenan brings a unique blend of experience as an educator, advocate, and community leader. Known for his people-first approach and strategic insight, he is especially passionate about guiding first-time homebuyers and investors through the dynamic Puget Sound market.

A graduate of Washington State University with degrees in Psychology & Criminal Justice, Keenan began his career in workforce development, operating the WIOA Young Adult program in Pierce County. He later transitioned into education, serving as a high school teacher and leadership resident, where he focused on culturally responsive practices and school culture.

Keenan’s journey in real estate began with flipping homes and evolved into a joint venture with his family, where he serves as a project manager for UGC LLC. His experience spans workforce development, education, and real estate—each chapter grounded in his mission to empower communities and dismantle systems of oppression.

He continues to lead family-centered homebuyer workshops focused on building generational wealth. Outside of work, Keenan enjoys life with his wife and three daughters—often spending weekends hiking, fishing, or building connections across the South Sound.
