Lexie Brown is a real estate developer with five years of experience leading projects that expand homeownership opportunities for underrepresented communities. After graduating from the University of Washington in 2020 with a degree in Bioresource Science & Engineering, she found herself pivoting to real estate during the COVID-19 lockdown and discovered her passion for development work.
Currently serving as a Project Manager at Louis Rudolph Homes, she supports key developments including the Lawrence Street project, a ten-unit stacked duplex designed for households earning up to 120% of the Area Median Income. In addition, Lexie also founded Alexandria Construction, reflecting a long-term commitment to advancing equity and ownership in the built environment.
Driven by a mission to address the U.S. housing crisis, Lexie promotes homeownership as a pathway to generational wealth, with a focus on supporting Black and other underrepresented communities. Her long-term vision is to scale this impact through larger multifamily and high-density developments while remaining grounded in community-centered values.
