Reggie Brown

Quick Facts

Reggie Brown was born in Oakland, California, and grew up in Concord, a suburb 25 miles from San Francisco. His early years were shaped by a close-knit family, enriched by his mother's background as one of 13 siblings. Family bonds and reunions have been a significant part of his life.

Reggie excelled in sports, particularly soccer, but pursued football, earning a scholarship to the University of Montana. Despite his athletic talent, his true passion was in real estate and community development, inspired by his family's legacy. His grandfather, Rudolph, made sacrifices to keep the family land, while his paternal grandparents, Lewis and Lma, overcame racial discrimination to acquire property in Vallejo.

Graduating with a degree in Journalism and Economics, Reggie moved to Washington over 34 years ago. He met Sherry, the mother of his daughter Lexi, and began his real estate journey with his first home purchase in 1991 and his first investment property in 1998. Reggie founded Lewis Rudolph Homes to honor his grandparents and address housing challenges, initially focusing on home renovations and later expanding into multi-family housing.

Reggie's commitment to real estate stems from personal hardships, including financial struggles and multiple evictions during his youth. His goal is to provide housing stability and opportunities in underserved communities.
