As Vice President of Business Lending at Harborstone Credit Union, Scott specializes in building long-term financial partnerships rooted in trust, strategic alignment, and responsible lending.
Over the past two decades, he has helped clients access a wide range of capital—from SBA 504 and 7(a) loans to residential spec and commercial construction financing—while navigating the nuances of growth planning and real estate development. He’s known for his ability to align funding solutions with client goals, working collaboratively to structure deals that move projects forward.
Scott’s career is matched by his commitment to community service. He has held leadership roles with the South Sound YMCA (Board Chair) and the Olympia Capital Centennial Rotary Club (President), where his fundraising work earned him multiple volunteer-of-the-year awards.
Scott holds a business administration degree from Hope College, and completed both the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and the Northwest Credit Union Business Lending School. Whether mentoring new entrepreneurs or supporting seasoned developers, Scott brings financial expertise, integrity, and a deep belief in community impact to every table he sits at.
