This Missing Middle Housing project delivers thoughtfully designed homes on a compact footprint. The mix of unit sizes supports households at different life stages, from first-time buyers to growing families. The team worked with partners like the Black Home Initiative (BHI) to connect prospective buyers with the opportunity to build wealth through homeownership.
The project successfully overcame mid-construction technical challenges, which the team used as a valuable learning opportunity. The successful execution and nine-month timeline demonstrate that collaborative family partnerships can deliver quality housing while advancing the skills of emerging developers.
